Studio Pass
Fractional marketing support.
The difference between a marketing plan and marketing is whether anything goes out on the weeks nobody is chasing it.
Studio Pass is an ongoing arrangement rather than a quote for one job. You send work as it comes up, and the people who make it already know your brand.
the range:
What's included
A campaign is a set of things that have to exist before any of it can go out. These are the things.
- Campaign concepts
- Landing pages
- Email newsletters
- Google Ads
- Paid social
- Display ads
- Print ads
- Copywriting
- Blog posts
- Content calendars
- Promotions and offers
- Launch and event promotion
- Photography direction
- Video and motion
- Sponsorship artwork
- Monthly reporting
Which of these a month needs depends on what the month is for. Nobody needs all of them at once.
what it covers:
What tends to come through.
Plans are easy to write and hard to keep running. A pass is mostly about the keeping running.
-
LP Movers Campaigns
A run of pieces built to one idea, rather than a set of one-offs that happen to appear in the same month.
-
A Place Called Home Content
Copywriting, newsletters and the pieces that carry a campaign after the ads have stopped.
-
Kawartha Collaborative The calendar
What is going out, when, and what has to exist before it can. Kept somewhere you can both see.
-
Chimo Youth Reporting
What ran, what it did, and what we would change. Read afterwards rather than left in a dashboard.
how it works:
How it works.
-
Send a request
Or we bring the idea, if that is where the month starts.
-
We confirm
What is going out, when, and what has to exist before it can.
-
We deliver
It runs on the dates agreed, and you hear plainly how it went.
who has it:
Who has the Studio Pass.
Businesses with something worth saying and no reliable way of saying it on a schedule.
If your marketing goes quiet whenever the business gets busy, this is the shape of the problem.
- Retail and e-commerce
- Tourism and attractions
- Trades and home services
- Clinics and practices
- Restaurants and food producers
- Manufacturers selling direct
- Nonprofits and charities
- Economic development offices
- Seasonal businesses
- Franchise locations
- Membership organizations
- Professional firms
What they have in common is a busy season that eats the time marketing was supposed to get.
clients:
Who we do this for.
Businesses, nonprofits and organizations we work with month to month.
Every client since 2009questions:
The things people ask first.
How much is it?
It starts at $250 a month. What that covers depends on what you send. Busy months and quiet months are both fine, and when your list consistently outgrows the level you are on, we talk about moving it.
Is it unlimited?
No. It is a level of ongoing attention rather than a bucket of hours or a set number of deliverables. We agree the order together and tell you what to expect.
How quickly do things come back?
It depends on the thing and on what else is already in the queue. You get a realistic timeline when we confirm the work, rather than a promise before anyone has looked at it.
What counts as too big for a pass?
Small things go quickly. Something that is really a project, like a website build or a full identity, is quoted as a project. We tell you which it is before starting, not after.
Do printing and ad spend come out of it?
No. Hard costs like printing, ad spend and licences are yours, and we give you a heads-up before anything creates one.
What if I need something you do not do?
If it is within our skill set, send it. If we cannot help, we will say so and point you at somebody who can.
Do I get the same people each time?
Yes. That is most of the value. The alternative is explaining your brand to somebody new every time something small comes up.
one of five:
The rest of the pass.
Marketing is one of five areas the same pass covers. Most months are a mix of them.
- Graphic designThe steady stream: collateral, ads, signage, event graphics and whatever else the month asks for.
- Social mediaPosts designed, a schedule built, the posts scheduled, and a report once they have run.
- TechnologyAssess what you need, tidy what you have, put in what is missing, and connect the tools you already pay for.
- WebsitesUpdates as they come up, the analytics read properly, and a recommendation on what to change next.
Tell us what is on your list.
A pass suits some businesses and not others. You will hear back from the people who would do the work.
