Studio Pass

Fractional website support.

A website is not finished when it launches. It is finished when you stop changing it, which is usually a bad sign.

Studio Pass is an ongoing arrangement rather than a quote for one job. You send work as it comes up, and the people who make it already know your brand.

the range:

What's included

Most of it is small. The value is that small things stop waiting for somebody to have time.

  • New pages
  • Content updates
  • Blog posts
  • Product listings
  • Contact forms
  • Booking and calendars
  • Landing pages
  • Banners and promos
  • Image preparation
  • Search listings
  • Analytics review
  • Speed and performance
  • Accessibility fixes
  • Platform updates
  • Security and backups
  • Hosting and domains

Bigger changes become their own project, and we say so before starting rather than after.

what it covers:

What tends to come through.

Small changes that never quite justify a phone call, and the larger question of whether the site is still doing its job.

    Chimo Youth Services

    Updates

New pages, new staff, changed hours, a product that no longer exists. Sent by email and done.

    Analytics, read

Not a dashboard link. What the numbers actually say about where people go and where they stop.

  • Lingerie Loft, Website
    Lingerie Loft

    Recommendations

The one or two changes most likely to matter, with a reason, rather than a list of everything possible.

    Upkeep

Keeping the thing current, so a small job now does not become a rebuild later.

how it works:

How it works.

  1. Send a request

One line by email is enough. Nothing has to be technical.

  2. We confirm

What it involves, and whether it is a change or a project.

  3. We deliver

On the site, checked on a phone as well as a desktop.

who has it:

Who has the Studio Pass.

Anyone whose site is a working part of the business rather than a brochure that happens to be online.

If changes are piling up because nobody wants to open the admin, that is the case for a pass.

  • Retail and e-commerce
  • Tourism and attractions
  • Municipalities
  • Nonprofits and charities
  • Trades and contractors
  • Clinics and practices
  • Restaurants and food producers
  • Manufacturers
  • Professional firms
  • Schools and programs
  • Festivals and events
  • Membership organizations

What they have in common is a site that has to change more often than a rebuild cycle allows.

questions:

The things people ask first.

How much is it?

It starts at $250 a month. What that covers depends on what you send. Busy months and quiet months are both fine, and when your list consistently outgrows the level you are on, we talk about moving it.

Is it unlimited?

No. It is a level of ongoing attention rather than a bucket of hours or a set number of deliverables. We agree the order together and tell you what to expect.

How quickly do things come back?

It depends on the thing and on what else is already in the queue. You get a realistic timeline when we confirm the work, rather than a promise before anyone has looked at it.

What counts as too big for a pass?

Small things go quickly. Something that is really a project, like a website build or a full identity, is quoted as a project. We tell you which it is before starting, not after.

Do printing and ad spend come out of it?

No. Hard costs like printing, ad spend and licences are yours, and we give you a heads-up before anything creates one.

What if I need something you do not do?

If it is within our skill set, send it. If we cannot help, we will say so and point you at somebody who can.

Do I get the same people each time?

Yes. That is most of the value. The alternative is explaining your brand to somebody new every time something small comes up.
