Studio Pass

Fractional social media support.

The reason social goes quiet is almost never strategy. It is that somebody has to sit down and make the posts.

Studio Pass is an ongoing arrangement rather than a quote for one job. You send work as it comes up, and the people who make it already know your brand.

the range:

What's included

Social is a production job before it is anything else. This is the production.

What tends to come through.

Four jobs, and most businesses can do one or two of them. The pass covers whichever ones are not getting done.

    Lingerie Loft

    Design the posts

Artwork built from your brand, sized for where it is going, in the numbers the month needs.

  • Kawartha Lakes Construction, Social Media

    Build the schedule

What goes out and when, planned far enough ahead that it survives a busy week.

  • ILO ILO Hardware, Plungers, Aisle 9
    ILO ILO Hardware

    Report back

What ran, what people did with it, and what we would do differently next time.

how it works:

How it works.

  1. Send a request

What is happening this month, in a line or two.

  2. We confirm

The shape of the month: what goes out, and how often.

  3. We deliver

Designed, scheduled and queued, then reported on.

who has it:

Who has the Studio Pass.

Places where social is genuinely part of how customers find you, and posting keeps falling to whoever has a spare ten minutes.

It suits a business with things worth photographing more than one with things worth explaining.

questions:

The things people ask first.

How much is it?

It starts at $250 a month. What that covers depends on what you send. Busy months and quiet months are both fine, and when your list consistently outgrows the level you are on, we talk about moving it.

Is it unlimited?

No. It is a level of ongoing attention rather than a bucket of hours or a set number of deliverables. We agree the order together and tell you what to expect.

How quickly do things come back?

It depends on the thing and on what else is already in the queue. You get a realistic timeline when we confirm the work, rather than a promise before anyone has looked at it.

What counts as too big for a pass?

Small things go quickly. Something that is really a project, like a website build or a full identity, is quoted as a project. We tell you which it is before starting, not after.

Do printing and ad spend come out of it?

No. Hard costs like printing, ad spend and licences are yours, and we give you a heads-up before anything creates one.

What if I need something you do not do?

If it is within our skill set, send it. If we cannot help, we will say so and point you at somebody who can.

Do I get the same people each time?

Yes. That is most of the value. The alternative is explaining your brand to somebody new every time something small comes up.
