Drawing on senior community development experience, she designs and leads consultation and planning processes that turn broad input into clear priorities, practical work plans and real momentum.
Her disciplined, outcomes-focused approach is anchored by her Project Management Professional (PMP) designation and her role instructing project management and change management at Fleming College. Before consulting and economic development, she built a strong foundation in international manufacturing and distribution, with comprehensive Lean Six Sigma training and multiple belts.
She sits on the Workforce Development Board, serves as Secretary and Social Media Director of the Peterborough and Area Fundraisers Network, and is a member of the Trent University Alumni Association Council. Past roles include Expert-in-Residence at the Innovation Cluster, Vice Chair of Kawartha Lakes Community Futures, President of the Kawartha Chamber of Commerce and Tourism, and Chair of the Workforce Development Board's Business and Industry Engagement Working Group.
