Overview

A whole marketing department’s output, without the headcount.

Marketing is usually the first thing to slip when you’re busy running the business. The posts dry up, the newsletter goes quiet, and the campaign you meant to run never quite happens. AI is supposed to fix that, but used carelessly it churns out generic, off-brand filler that actually costs you trust.

This session sets it up properly. We use AI to plan campaigns, build out a content calendar, and draft copy and posts that genuinely sound like you, then turn one good piece into a week’s worth across your channels. We do it on your real brand, with simple guardrails so everything stays on-message and on-tone, no robotic giveaways.

Who it’s for: Owners, marketers and anyone wearing the marketing hat who needs to do more with the time they have, without sounding generic. Comfortable with the basics of AI (our Prompting Basics course, or equivalent). Bring a laptop, your brand basics, and something real you need to promote.

What you’ll leave with

Walk out able to…

On your own brand, not a demo. Here’s what you’ll be able to do by the end.

  • Plan a campaign in minutes

Go from a goal to a structured campaign, channels, messages and timing, with AI doing the heavy lifting.

  • Fill a content calendar

Generate weeks of post ideas and drafts in one sitting, so the feed never goes quiet again.

  • Write in your own voice

Teach AI your tone so copy reads like your brand, not a template, every single time.

  • Repurpose one piece into many

Turn a single blog, email or video into posts, captions and snippets across every channel.

  • Set brand guardrails

Build simple rules and prompts that keep tone, claims and style consistent across the whole team.

  • Keep it human

Spot and fix the tells that make content sound AI-written, so it always feels like you.
