It means we actively work on the # of task for you at a time. Once that task is delivered, we move on to the next one in your queue. On the Starter plan you get one active slot, Growth gives you two, and Expand gives you five — so more slots means more work happening in parallel.
Most requests are completed within 3–5 business days, depending on complexity. Simpler tasks like social media graphics may come back sooner, while larger projects like a full website build will take longer. Expand plan members get priority turnaround on every request.
