SOCIAL THAT STOPS THE SCROLL
Your customers check Instagram before your website. We run your feed end-to-end so it stays active, on-brand, and earning trust long before the first conversation.
ALWAYS ON, ALWAYS ON BRAND
Your customers check Instagram before your website. They see your feed before they ever speak to a human. Good social earns trust long before the first conversation, and great social keeps earning it every single day.
- Your feed is your first impression
- Trust gets earned post by post, not pitch by pitch
- Algorithm-friendly content beats “set it and forget it”
- One voice across every platform you care about
- Engagement — not silence — in your DMs and comments
- Insights that tell you which posts actually pulled people in

EVERY POST WITH A PURPOSE
Random posting is noise. We build your feed around five or six pillars that tell your story from every angle, so a follower can drop in on any week and immediately get who you are and what you sell.
- Educational. The how-to and why-it-matters posts that build authority.
- Behind-the-scenes. The studio, the team, the work-in-progress that earns trust.
- Customer stories. Reviews, before/afters, words straight from the people you serve.
- Product & service spotlights. The thing you sell, shown well, more than once.
- Industry POV. Your take on what’s happening, so you stop sounding like everyone else.
- Live & reactive. Polls, questions, comments, DMs — the actual social part of social.
FROM AUDIT TO ENGAGEMENT EVERY WEEK
Social runs on rhythm. We do the heavy thinking up front, then settle into a weekly cadence: batch-produce content, schedule it, watch how it lands, and tune from there.
Nothing posts without a reason. Nothing posts without your sign-off the first month. After that, we run with it — and you check in weekly.

WEEK ONE TO STEADY RHYTHM
Most accounts are posting within two weeks of kick-off. The rhythm settles in by week four, and from there it’s a steady cadence of batches, posts, replies, and weekly check-ins.
You hear from us every week with content to approve, posts going live, or numbers from the last batch. No silence, no surprises.

Frequently asked questions about social media
How many posts per month do we get?
It depends on the plan and the platforms in scope. A typical small-business feed is 12 to 20 in-feed posts a month, plus stories and reels on top. We scope a real number in the brief, then size up or down once we see how the audience responds. We’d rather post less and post well than chase quantity.
Which platforms should we be on?
Whichever ones your customers actually use. For most local and small businesses that’s Instagram and Facebook, often LinkedIn for B2B, sometimes TikTok or Pinterest depending on the audience. The audit in week one tells us where your time is best spent. We’d rather run two platforms beautifully than five badly.
Do you reply to comments and DMs?
Yes. Every plan includes daily community management — we draft replies in your voice and either send them ourselves or queue them for you to ship. Sales questions and complaints get flagged to you immediately. Spam and obvious junk just gets handled.
What about Reels, TikToks, and short video?
Short-form video is part of the standard mix, not an upsell. We script, shoot (or direct your team to shoot), edit, and caption inside every plan. If you have an existing library of footage, we’ll use it; if not, we’ll build a shot list and shoot during a content day every quarter.
How do we know it’s actually working?
You get a one-page monthly report: follower growth, engagement rate, top posts, what we tried, and what we’ll change next month. Numbers stay simple on purpose — we focus on the metrics that move your business, not vanity counts.
